Any1 Choco’s Goes Beyond An Ordinary Dairy-Free Chocolate

At Any1 Choco, we create chocolates that can be enjoyed by anyone, with anyone.
The first two articles in this series looked at how the ingredients and processes used in Any1 Choco differ from traditional chocolates. In this article, we’ll explore Any1 Choco’s vision for the future of chocolate.

Any1 Choco’s vision for the future is rooted in its mission – to create a future where chocolate lovers from all walks of life can enjoy chocolate together. Any1 Choco successfully created delicious dairy-free chocolate. We succeeded in realizing a future where people with dairy allergies can enjoy chocolate.

(Although dairy-free chocolates exist, Any1 Choco has developed a recipe that is just as delicious as traditional dairy-based chocolate. Our chocolates aren’t just an alternative; they provide an experience that rivals ‘real’ chocolate.)

We also want people who may not be able to enjoy chocolate due to cultural or personal beliefs to eat without any worries. As a step towards this goal, our raw material processing factory in Japan obtained halal certification in July 2024.

At Any1 Choco, we’re constantly exploring unique ventures, from dairy-free ice creams and drinks to developing original flavors that reflect a range of global cultures. We want to create a future where everyone, regardless of who they are, can enjoy delicious treats with one another.

Bringing Joy to both Creators and Customers

The scope of ‘Anyone’ at Any1 Choco goes beyond those who eat our chocolates. We’re committed to creating a future where “everyone” – including those who make chocolate – can be happy. For example, our new time and space-saving technology makes it possible to produce small batches of chocolate in tight spaces or stores that previously couldn’t accommodate chocolate-making. This innovation opens up new possibilities for chocolate makers.

Additionally, dairy products requiring refrigeration can be difficult to handle in hot regions. However, Any1 Choco’s ingredients are dairy-free and can be stored at room temperature – meaning chocolates can be produced more efficiently, making it possible to manufacture chocolate without being affected by environmental factors. We aim to extend authentic chocolate-making to every corner of the world—and maybe, one day, even to outer space.

Thanks to Any1 Choco’s hydrolysis technology, we can explore ways to effectively utilize waste products from the chocolate production process, such as cacao husks (the outer shell of cacao), allowing us to create chocolate that cherishes the value of nature. These may sound like grand dreams, but they’re not out of reach. As issues like climate change and food shortages become increasingly urgent, we believe a brand like ours, committed to new challenges, will be crucial.
